Jennifer Lynch
Jennifer Lynch is a qualified expert witness in the field of forensic and investigative accounting. Being a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Forensic Investigator, and a Chartered Business Valuator, she offers her clients a variety of services.
Lynch has provided expert witness testimony in a wide variety of trials. Drawing on her strong business background, which includes an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, she provides forensic accounting and fraud examination services related to personal injury damage quantification services, insurance claims, matrimonial disputes, and fraud claims for a wide variety of clients.

Mardi Baum
Forensic Accountant
Mardi is a CPA with 8 years professional financial experience. Prior to joining Lynch & Associates, Mardi worked for one of the largest telecommunications companies in Canada where she was mainly responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all Wireless month-end reporting ($9 billion business unit).
Mardi has also worked at a Big 4 public accounting firm leading financial audits, reviews, and special engagements for both public and private clients in the technology, entertainment, consumer and manufacturing industries.
Prior to entering the world of accounting, Mardi worked for 5 years in the healthcare industry as a Naturopathic Doctor.
Mardi holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario and her CPA designation.
Peiyan Li
Valuation Assistant
Peiyan Li is a CPA, MBA and CFA with a decade financial professional experience. He worked as public accountant and consultant, and led audit engagements, business valuation engagements, due diligence engagements and sell side M&A engagements in various industries. The range of revenue size of clients from $100,000 to $10 billions.
Peiyan has also worked as corporate finance executive in the industry and took charge of all financial reporting and FP&A works, as well as financial transformation work for the business. He optimized the company operation and management from all aspects, and personally helped the company raising considerable amount capitals as the financing project manager.
Peiyan is currently working as business valuator in Lynch & Associates, helping clients with business valuation cases, transaction service cases, economic loss valuation cases and business loss valuation cases etc.
Rosalyn Clarke
Valuation Assistant
Rosalyn Clarke is currently working as a Forensic Accountant at Lynch & Associates, providing support in the preparation, editing, and reviewing of various financial reports as well as providing investigative accounting services to help clients with respect to fraud and other forensic accounting matters.
Previously, Rosalyn worked for both Federal and Provincial companies, assisting in corporate accounting, and auditing. Rosalyn holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) degree with a major in accounting from Memorial University.
Melissa Yuen

Katarina Hannah McKee
Forensic Accountant
Prior to joining Lynch & Associates, Katarina Hannah McKee worked for various large to mid-sized real estate development firms in project as well as corporate accounting departments. She provides supports in the preparation of various financial reports as well as providing investigative accounting services in respect to fraud and other forensic accounting matters.
Katarina holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Real Estate Management and a minor in Accounting from Ryerson University, Ted Rogers School of Management. Katarina is working towards her CPA designation.
Margot Davis
Writer, Marketer, Researcher
With a Bachelor of Science, and JD, Margot Davis brings a unique perspective to Lynch & Associates.
Margot’s career experience has been varied. It includes practising intellectual property law, working for a laboratory that studied children’s social development, writing for leading law publications, preparing references for well-known publishers, creating study aid materials for students, updating textbooks and editing.
Currently, Margot and Jennifer are working on a comprehensive book about financial crimes in Canada.
Andy Suh
Forensic Accountant
Andy has experience working at a public accounting firm in the past performing audit and compilation engagements for private corporations and non-profit organizations. He also worked in York University, assisting in maintaining its financial records for accounting and tax purposes.
Andy holds an education in Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in accounting and he is in the process of obtaining his CPA designation.
